CNC MACHINE OPERATOR

Northern Denmark – 380 km from the Danish-German border.

Work period

The job is scheduled for permanent employment after a probationary period. Possible rotations, e.g. 4×2 where hours can be up to 12 per day, or full-time employment – 37 hours/week, with no rotation.

Job Description:

• Setting up machines and tools.
• Programming in MasterCam and operation of CNC machines.
• Production of high quality parts – manufacture of machine parts for various industries (oil and gas, marine technology, renewable, process industries) PROTOTYPES AND SMALL SERIES.
• Preparation of measurement reports and quality control of completed work.
• Keeping the workstation neat and clean.

Skills / Requirements

• Knowledge and experience in 5-axis machining
• Ability to read technical drawings, documentation and production instructions.
• Ability to operate shop and measuring tools.
• Ability to make adjustments on the machine independently.
• Measure and complete the measurement reports given from the drawings.
• Mastercam programming skills.
• English at least communicative level is an advantage.

Hours of operation

Daily shifts from Monday to Saturday from 07:00 to 15:00 (or possibly until 19 if you work in rotation). Daily 50-minute unpaid break: 20 minutes, 20 minutes and 10 minutes pause.

If you agree to work on a rotating basis, i.e., 12 hours each day, will be paid for 11:17.

Rates

After the interview and upon hiring, the employee’s rate will be negotiable with the employer. The rate is determined between the employer and the employee based on individual experience and professional qualifications.
