WORK IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY

	AVAILABLE JOBS: Carpenters: Typical tasks include drywall installation, parquet flooring installation, window and door installation, exterior construction work, tile installation and furniture installation. Painters: Plastering, sanding, painting, and preferably operating spray guns and spray plastering. Roofers: we need both pitched (tile/slate) and flat roofers. Experience in metal hardware, installation of steel profiles and gutters is a big advantage. Tile/masonry workers: experience with concrete bathroom floors, waterproof membranes and previous work in Scandinavia. Vinyl/PVC flooring installers. Formwork carpenters/steel fixers: The best candidates can do both traditional and system formwork and some steel fastening. Sheet metal workers: They must be able to work independently. English is preferred, but non-English speakers may be accepted Pavers: Stonemasons and masons who make typical curbs, paving stones and slate slabs. Scaffolding: Preferred with experience from Scandinavia. Rotation is possible, and accommodation is free in these cases.
	HOUR RATES: start at 260 NOK / €22 / 95 PLN.
	Accommodations: We provide accommodation in centrally located corporate apartments in Bergen. Fully furnished and equipped (Wi-Fi included). Shared bathroom/living room with 1-3 other people. Monthly rent: 5800-6200 NOK, excluding electricity. Employees need to take only personal belongings with them. If needed, we can provide quilts and pillows for NOK 500. Extras: Additional benefits and conditions. Additional vacation pay: 12% of gross salary(paid in addition to regular salary). Additional information: Transportation: 70% of our customers reimburse the cost of daily transportation if the distance exceeds 7.5 km. Daily rates start at NOK 115, depending on the distance. Insurance and pension: All employees are insured against accidents. An additional pension of 2% is added according to Norwegian regulations. Work equipment: All employees are provided with work clothes, personal protective equipment and tools needed to perform their tasks. Payment of wages: Paid 15. day of the following month (e.g., for April is paid on May 15). New employees can receive a salary advance after two full weeks of work.
